Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external customers to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
• Proactively identify and manage project challenges and risks.
• Implement and monitor agile methodologies such as Scrum to optimize workflow.
• Ensure that all project members are synchronized and motivated throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify new business opportunities with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of development processes.
• Certification in Agile and/or Scrum is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Swedish & English). Big plus is also if you can easily communicate technical issues to a non-technical stakeholder.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering high quality results.
