About the Role

 

As a salesperson at Raincode, you have a unique opportunity to maximize your income in an industry that is already at the top in terms of salary levels, according to the latest report from the Swedish Sales Association. Our commission model is uncapped, which means you can earn as much as your ambition and skills allow. We make sure you get the support and resources you need to focus on what really creates value – sales. By optimizing workflows and minimizing time spent on non-value-added activities, we ensure that your efforts yield results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the IT sector through research, networking and direct contact.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs, with support from your team.
  • Work closely with our technical team and other sales colleagues to ensure we offer the right solutions to our customers.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract writing, with the support of experienced colleagues.
  • Work strategically with the team to develop new business opportunities and expand in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new customer sales and expansion of existing customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers, with support from your team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Swedish & English).
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team to drive sales processes from start to finish.
  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to continuously improve and exceed sales targets, supported by experienced and motivated colleagues.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage leads and customer relationships is an advantage.
